Basic Water Aerobics
Keep your feet on the bottom of the pool and have a cool workout. Even non-swimmers will enjoy this class. It is a good low impact workout that uses water resistance to build muscle and cardiovascular fitness. Register early - space is limited.

Deep Water Aerobics
This is a wonderful way to get a non-impact, muscle-buidling workout. Use the water resistance to build your muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness. Some swimming ability needed. Buoyancy belts are provided, but if you have your own belt, please feel free to bring it.
Register early - space is limited! DEEP WATER AEROBICS WILL RECONVENE June 2008 at Williams Dr Pool.
